• Pure Barre Classic

  Lift . Tone. Burn to a 50 minute full-body workout Low-Impact, isometric strengthen then lengthen-all equipment is provided, socks required arrive on time-5 minute grace period once class has started. anything past plank series in warm-up will not be allowed to enter class. small movements:controlled focused contraction of different muscle groups being worked by squeezing or holding modifications available: each movement can be modified for your body and fitness needs. communicate any concerns with your instructor. hands-on teaching: teachers guide you through the learning curve of the Pure Barre Technique through physical interaction and verbal direction.

  • First Week Free + Intro Month

    Available to local residents who have not previously taken a Pure Barre class. One offer per client across all Pure Barre locations. Limited to one Classic class per day. Package activates upon first visit and expires 5wks out thereafter. Introductory Offer First Time Customer At Business
